Taxation ( Income Tax, VAT, CST, Service Tax, ) 3. MIS 4. Companies Act compliance Responsibilities Ledger scrutiny, TB finalisation Account Finalization and preparation of Annual Report Monthly MIS to management VAT, Service Tax – Department audit / assessment Income tax – audit & assessment All statutory returns with government authority Statutory Audit & Internal Audit – Co-ordinate and get it done Cost Sheet review and tracking Variance analysis and monitoring Qualification C.A. Competencies / Key Skills Required Negotiation skills Project Costing Communication Analytical skills IT Skill ( Excellent in Excel/ Power Pint / MS Projects/ Tally ERP 9) Team Work Managerial skill Experience 4-5 years in solar / infrastructure / construction company
